Giving Back to our Community

At Caravelle Group, we believe in supporting the vibrant communities that make St. Croix so special. Through our charitable giving program, we aim to empower local organizations and meaningful causes that align with our values and make a lasting impact.


Donation Requests

Any organization or cause wishing to receive a charitable donation must submit a formal request to the Charitable Giving Committee.


The Request should include:

  • The organization name, contact person, phone number, email and mailing address.
  • A description of the organization and its mission.
  • A specific breakdown of how the funds will be used.
  • Evidence of the organization's credibility and tax-exempt status (if applicable).
  • If a donation request is for a charitable event, the request must be submitted no less than thirty (30) days before the event date.


Approval Process

  • The Charitable Giving Committee will review all requests on a monthly basis to ensure alignment with our general principles.
  • Donations will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to causes that best align with our guiding principles.
  • Large donations (exceeding a specific threshold) will require approval from the COO and/or Chairman.
